Abstract AI Mesh

A clearer way to run marketing.

AutoCXO coordinates ten specialist workflows around your business context. It prepares drafts, recommendations, and reporting; you approve what leaves the workspace.

Senior marketing judgment, without another disconnected tool.

Small teams often have to coordinate specialists, spreadsheets, channel tools, and approval threads just to answer a simple question: what should happen next?

AutoCXO gives that work one operating context. It does not promise to replace a team or guarantee a result; it gives owners a more deliberate way to plan, review, and act across supported channels.

Ten specialist workflows work from the same business facts. The system can prepare drafts and recommendations as work is requested or scheduled, while deterministic guardrails and your approval control external actions.

Ghost Output Standard
A drafting standard, not a guarantee

The Ghost Output Standard.

AI drafts can be generic or inaccurate. AutoCXO's Ghost Output guidance is designed to reduce those patterns by grounding drafts in the business context you provide.

Every draft is shaped by your brand context and stays subject to your factual, legal, and brand review before publication.

  • Specificity over vagueness

Prompts require grounded context and owner review before publication.

  • No generic openings

Common generic AI phrasing is flagged and discouraged during drafting.

  • Guidance, then owner review

Onboarding context and tone settings guide drafts; they do not replace your judgment.

Work across supported markets with context.

Create and review localized work for supported channels, with language guidance, owner approval, and provider-specific limits made visible.

23 Validated Locale Choices

AutoCXO supports 23 validated locale choices, including RTL metadata and English fallback. AI drafts receive language, brand, legal, search-intent, and channel guidance; owners remain responsible for final cultural and legal review.

Budget guidance

Set a monthly cap and planning preference. Where supported, the Paid Media workflow uses available verified data to suggest allocation changes; owner approval and provider capability still apply.

Reputation review queue

Bring supported review sources into one queue. Low-rating items can be highlighted for owner attention with a drafted response; timing and posting depend on the provider and connection state.

Your review window: a focused weekly check-in.

AutoCXO is designed to give founders and small teams a concise place to review proposed work, evidence, and exceptions.

When the scheduled digest is available, the Command Deck brings together available verified evidence, work processed in AutoCXO, and decisions waiting for you. Delivery depends on configured services.

Review the exact action. Choose Approve or Override to change direction. Public content, budget changes, and provider actions remain gated by the required approval and verification checks.

Connect what you can verify.

A nine-step onboarding flow captures business context, tone guidance, guardrails, channels, and reporting preferences. Each provider is connected and verified separately; availability, permissions, and setup time vary.

Business data is scoped to its own workspace.

Data Integrity Policy.

We do not turn missing evidence into a confident number. If analytics are not connected, the workspace says “Analytics not connected”; when data is insufficient, it says so. Any benchmark must be identified as a source or qualified as illustrative.

Evidence before certainty.
How work moves

Evidence informs the draft. The owner controls the action.

AutoCXO keeps the source, the proposed work, and the decision distinct. A provider's connection and permissions determine what can be requested; an accepted request is not presented as a completed external action without provider evidence.

  1. 01

    Owner context

You add business guidance and choose which supported providers to connect.

  2. 02

    Available evidence

AutoCXO labels what is available from a configured source and what is missing or unverified.

  3. 03

    Proposed work

Specialist workflows prepare a draft or recommendation for review.

  4. 04

    Owner decision

You approve, change, or decline the proposal before an external action is requested.

Public beta disclosures

Useful when the boundaries are clear.

Provider-dependent beta

AutoCXO is in beta. Features may change, contain errors, or be temporarily unavailable. Results and delivery depend on AI models and connected providers, including their APIs, permissions, rate limits, outages, and policy changes.

You approve the output

Content and recommendations are AI-generated and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. The account owner is responsible for factual, legal, brand, and regulatory review and for approving each external action before use.

Support expectations

Standard plans receive best-effort support without a guaranteed response or resolution time. Enterprise support commitments apply only when stated in a signed agreement or SLA.

Common questions.

What is AutoCXO?

AutoCXO is an owner-controlled AI marketing operating system. A shared Marketing Brain coordinates specialized workflows for strategy, content, reputation, growth, and analytics while you review the decisions that require your judgment.

Does AutoCXO replace an agency or in-house team?

AutoCXO is designed to coordinate supported marketing workflows in one owner-controlled workspace. It is not a promise to replace an agency, a team, or a particular level of spend.

Does AutoCXO publish content without approval?

AutoCXO drafts and proposes work. External actions remain approval-gated, and whether a provider can schedule, publish, or report an outcome depends on the verified connection and the provider's supported capability.

Does AutoCXO use real data or estimates?

AutoCXO is designed to show verified provider data only. If a source is not connected or evidence is insufficient, the workspace labels that state rather than presenting an estimate as fact.

Who is AutoCXO for?

Founders and small marketing teams that want one place to coordinate supported workflows, review evidence, and approve external actions.

What does the trial require?

AutoCXO is in beta and production billing is not active until Stripe products, prices, and webhook endpoints are configured. Request access for the current availability and onboarding path.

What happens if a payment fails?

The platform documents the applicable billing and read-only behavior once production billing is configured. The current public site does not claim that checkout or payment processing is active.
